| Your
use of Markets on Mobile Application is subject to these Terms
of Use.
The Mobile Application is not a guaranteed service, so we
won't be held liable for:
- handsets that are not compatible with the Mobile Application;
or
- any technical failure that may occur while accessing the
Mobile Application; or
- any technical or communication failure that may result in
data not being updated.
1. Incase of any dispute the decision of WEB18 will be final
and binding on all users.
2. Any legal proceedings will be entertained in the jurisdiction
of the Mumbai Court alone.
3. All materials used and published on our Application, including,
but not limited to, advertisements written content, photographs,
graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, are protected
by our copyrights or trademarks or those of our partners or
licensors or associates.
4. We restrict and reserve our right to further moderate/ restrict/
ban the use of our Services, specifically to you or generally,
in accordance with our policy/ policies from time to time, at
our sole discretion and without any notice.
5. Application can only be downloaded on the handset if it is
compatible with the handset. To download the application handset
compatibility is required.
6. Only those Handsets shall be visible on the handset list
which is compatible with the Application.
COSTS
The Application is currently provided to you free of subscription
charges and has no one-off payment charge. However, you will
be charged by your mobile operator for data costs that are accrued
when you download the Application and use it to access to data
as requested. We may, upon notice if required by applicable
laws, at any time change the application from being free to
paid instituting new fees or charges. |
