What is GPRS and how do I know whether I have the same on my handset? |

GPRS - General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) is a Mobile Data Service available to users of Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). GPRS can be used for services such as Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) access, SMS, MMS and for Internet communication services such as email and World Wide Web access. |

Please ensure from the Operator that you have GPRS connectivity on your cellphone.
Motorola Users:
All Java applications on Motorola phones require a special
"Java Session" Profile for network connectivity.
This Profile is separate from any WAP or GPRS/Internet
Profile you may already have configured on your cellphone.
To create this new Profile for used by Java applications.
1. Select Menu -> Web Access -> Web Sessions ->
[New Entry]
2. Name the new entry "Java Session", set
all Service Types to "HTTP", and enter the
relevant GPRS APN information for your network operator
(which is a copy of your GPRS profile from the operator)
If you encounter the message "Browser setup is incomplete"
when you are configuring your Java Session, you can safely
ignore it. The most important fields to change are Service
Types, GPRS APN, User Name, and Password (last three are
located at the very bottom of the WebSession setup page).
You can also call your Operator for assisting you to fill
those informations.
Sony Ericsson Users:
All the Java applications on Sony Ericsson phones require
an Internet Profile for network connectivity. This can
be an existing GPRS/Internet profile or a new one with
the existing settings. To set Network connectivity for
Java Applications go to Settings-> Connectivity ->
Internet Settings -> Settings for Java and Select the
Internet Profile Name for GPRS.
If the Setting for Java option does not exist on your
phone then you have to manually change the default connection
profile to the GRPS profile before using the Application.
To change the profile, go to menu -> Connectivity
-> WAP options -> WAP profiles -> (Internet
profile name) and select it as the default profile name.
Nokia Users:
Please make sure you have an Internet based
profile (GPRS) on your handset and when the application
asks for a permission to use network. Please allow the
application to Access the network and from the profiles
shown select the GPRS profile. Please ensure from the
Operator that you have GPRS connectivity on your cellphone. |

Click the More option on the Home screen, this will lead you to the News section for a detailed news on market, business etc. |

How do i add stock to Watchlist? |
|
Scroll to Watchlist screen. Select the "Add stocks to Watchlist" option. Enter the stock name you need to add in the textbox and press ok. This will either get you a list of companies or the stock details page which provides information like BSE/NSE price, news, %change etc. Press the "Add to Watchlist" option (left soft key) to add the stock to you Watchlist. |

The Watchlist Screen has the option "View Watchlist Stocks". The View Watchlist screen shows you the list of stocks added to your Watchlist. Also you can have a detailed view of those Stocks. |

How do i Delete stocks in Watchlist? |
|
The Watchlist Screen has the option "Delete Watchlist Stocks". The Delete Watchlist screen shows you the list of stocks added to your Watchlist. And you can delete the stock you dont want to keep a track off by pressing the delete key(left soft key). This deletes the stock from your Watchlist. |

How to switch views in between Tabs? |

Press the down button to activate tab-selection now press Left / Right keys to swap in between tabs. |

How do I come out of a screen with multiple tabs? |
|
Select the Topmost item from the current tab and press the up arrow key or on press of back or on end of scroll, this will deactivate your tab-selection and allow you to scroll and access other features in application. |

Can i add stocks in portfolio to ticker? |
|
Yes: You can add the stocks in portfolio to ticker. Press "More"(left soft key) in the portfolio stock details page. This will direct you to the Add to ticker page where youu can add the stock to Ticker and keep a track of the stock. |

How do I Search for Stocks? |
|
Navigate and Look for an option which says “Stock Quotes” , on arriving here press any key to activate the text box. Key in the desired name and select the OK options from the menu. |

Select a particular stock from the list and press the fire button. |

Can I add a stock , which I had previously searched for to my Ticker List? |

Yes: After selecting a stock you should see its latest BSE and NSE prices. Now towards the bottom left corner of this screen you should see an option saying “Add To Ticker” , Press the Left Side Key to activate this . |

How can I monitor or view my portfolio? |
|
Key in your user id and password on the Portfolio screen and get a summarized view on your investments. Also there is an option called “Remember Me” which if selected, marks certain stocks from your portfolio which can then be viewed under Watch List (Home Screen) |

Can i refresh Ticker manually? |
|
Yes: You can refresh your ticker manually. Just scroll to the Ticker page, select option Refresh Ticker. You can also set auto refresh off in "Set frequency" screen . With this you can manually refresh the ticker whenever required. |

Is it possible to change my ticker settings? |
|
Yes : The ticker screen allows you to change ticker frequency , add or remover a specific stock to the ticker you can also refresh the existing ticker information. |
